I am noticed in the water
If you see me in the sky,
I within the rainbow,
A jay's feather,
And lapis lazuli.
What am I?

Three lives have I.
Gentle enough to soothe the skin,
Light enough to caress the sky,
Hard enough to crack rocks.
What am I?
